Named for American explorer Zebulon Pike, Pikes Peak is one of Colorado’s most well-known “fourteeners.” Fun fact: Zebulon never reached the summit. Our Pikes Peak model, however, is the summit of spacious, comfortable living, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in 2,146 finished square feet.
The open, airy layout also features a kitchen that any gourmet cook would envy, complete with a large island and ample countertop, cupboard, and pantry space. And when you’re entertaining, the kitchen’s location, with unimpeded views of the great room and dining room, is ideal.
At the end of a busy day, you can look forward to a restful night’s sleep in the luxurious master retreat. It features a walk-in closet, 5-piece, spa-like bath, and access to a private patio—one of two in this model. The second and third bedrooms are cozy and inviting, as well, and have a full bath conveniently positioned between them.
