“We closed on our Dynamic built home 3/31/2022. Travis and Delayni were always accommodating to what we needed and Taylor’s finish work looks amazing. We had built a home 12 years prior and the builder we worked with was not nearly as willing to accommodate custom designs and finishes. Our new home is solidly built with many custom features, dual water heaters, twin HVAC systems, and gorgeous quartz countertops. As a builder they went above and beyond in several areas without us knowing: we got matching quartz benches in all the bathrooms, extra insulation between bedrooms, and beautiful metal banisters to name a few. Sitting inside while the wind gusts at 50mph without hearing it is a sign to the quality of the home, and the few warranty items we have had have been addressed in a very timely matter. For the posters that are upset about cost… no one is complaining when their home sells for 30-40k more than asking yet you don’t expect the home your buying to appreciate during the building phase, unfortunately this is the market we are in and ignoring these facts and assuming you will win on both sides is foolish and will definitely lead to someone feeling burnt. We had cost increases but nothing that I didn’t already assume and the increases were fair. I would 100% recommend Dynamic if building in the northern Colorado area.”
